Today was Chloe's appointment with the pediatric cardiologist, and he had some wonderful news! He believes the hole in Chloe's heart will completely close on its own in time without any intervention! No procedures, medications, and he doesn't even see the need to give her antibiotics before dental procedures, as we were previously told. He also said the condition should not prevent her from any physical activities at all. We are so thankful and relieved. God is soooo good.
Oh, that is wonderful news! God is so good to us!!!!

Deborah, we were scheduled to see Dr. Pliska, but when we arrived, we found out we were seeing Dr. Holt, which was fine. He was very nice and thorough and I could tell he had reviewed Chloe's file and tests before we arrived. He wasn't just "winging" it!
ReplyDeleteNorah, let me get back to you on a weekend. Kevin is having some problems and is undergoing tests. He has been vomiting for 2 weeks and can't keep anything at all down. Please pray for us. We will let you know more as we find out.

Wow great news on Chloe, but sad news on Kevin, however have heard there is a bad bug going around that people have been real sick with so hope and pray thats what it is.
ReplyDeleteThank you all. He has another scope scheduled for Thursday morning and all the specialists are going to be there so hopefully we will find a resolution. He came home from work early again today. Brandon and his girlfriend are watching Chloe for us. I don't know how long we'll be so she can play with Caiden instead of waiting in a hospital waiting room!
